Obviously this site is about whatever I feel like posting to the World of Web. It’s really more of a place for me to keep the digital detritus that I find and want to remember. I’m not into journals of any type so here is where I am. I’ll try to be concise except where it’s warranted otherwise. I’ll try to be droll and sarcastic as often as necessary. But mostly I hope you’ll enjoy my take on life and all it has to offer. Happy commenting. If you feel compelled to comment, please do. I appreciate your thoughts however inappropriate they might be. I’m here for you whenever you run out of really important things to read.

You can find me at the email below or comment in the box at the bottom of this page. I’m not going to leave my real address or phone number for some fucking weirdo to track me down in the middle of the night. And no, I don’t do Assbook or Twitter or any other inane internet. See ya there

One afternoon, your sister popped in the shop for some service on her car. We chatted a few minutes and she says, “you and my brother would be friends!” I said, “oh yeah, where is this brother of yours?!” Not long after, we connected in Shelby and rode bikes. Turns out, yeah, we are friends for sure! Even though you came along several years before me and our life paths have been different…I am forever grateful for your sister’s intuition. The recent sharing of a bumper sticker, “Lot’s of Rodeos” from you, was like getting a PhD from Harvard in life! Your approach to life and how you have chosen to explore, assess and be along with the confidence you exude…truly renaissance shit man! Thank you for the friendship Cut…looking forward to what lies ahead.

Hey Cutler! A long time ago you lived in a small upstairs apartment and befriended a young accountant from the office below. I am not that young anymore but I am still an accountant!

A few years ago my son was working at a small family owned ski resort and came home and asked if I knew Wes Waugh. Memories came flooding back so I filled him on the guy who stole my young heart and then moved to Minnesota. I stopped in to visit Wes and he shared a recent pic of the two of you. It was good to hear that you were doing well.

I hope life is treating you well and you are living your dream. I do think of you often…every time I pull on that old Patagonia fleece jacket…their stuff really does last forever. Thanks for the memories.

Hey Robin! I’m not sure why this note didn’t show up until a week or so ago but I’m glad it did. So great to hear from you. I has been a very long time. Yes, I have thought of you very fondly over the years. Good memories. I wound up moving back to NC a few years ago when Mom’s health went south. I travel a lot and spend my winters in the desert southwest. I hope you are happy and healthy.

Hi Cutler! I came across this old post from you and had a good chuckle. What are you up to these days? I come back and forth to Shelby occasionally as my mother is still here.
Currently I live in Vancouver Canada. Looks like we share some similar passions for cycling, skiing, and all things outdoors.
It must be near your birthday….I recall taking drivers education with you so we must share a July birthday. Happy 66th!

It’s sort of like hide and seek…you go hide and the finder gives up and goes home for a popsicle knowing you’ll get tired of waiting and reveal yourself eventually

Hey Man, I am missing your sarcastic humor at the coffee shop.

Got something to say? Lemeno.
